VEDecoder is an amateur radio digital mode identifier and decoder for iOS and iPadOS. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains how VEDecoder handles your data.
VEDecoder does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers. The app does not have user accounts, analytics, tracking, or advertising.
VEDecoder requires microphone access to listen for and identify amateur radio digital mode signals. Audio is processed in real time on your device and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted. The audio data exists only momentarily in memory during analysis.

None of this data is transmitted to any server or accessible to the developer.
VEDecoder may request permission to save decoded SSTV images to your Photo Library. This is optional and only occurs when you explicitly choose to save an image. No images are accessed or read from your Photo Library.
VEDecoder does not communicate over the internet. All signal processing and decoding happens entirely on your device. The app does not connect to any external servers or third-party services.
VEDecoder does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
